Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and ETL pipelines to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
- Create interactive, high-performance dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement across the organization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical data solutions and reports.
- Ensure data governance, quality assurance, and compliance with internal standards.
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to support product and marketing initiatives.
- Document data processes and provide training to non-technical team members on data interpretation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably in a remote or hybrid setting.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) for querying and data manipulation.
- Expertise in visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience with programming languages like Python or R for data analysis and automation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Relocation availability: Must be willing to relocate to Georgia to qualify for our assistance package.
