As a key member of our analytics team, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between technical data science and business strategy.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable ETL pipelines using SQL and Python to support real-time reporting requirements.
- Design interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau and Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for operational improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management and engineering, to define data requirements and analytical frameworks.
- Present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, compelling, and actionable format.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across all reporting systems.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, with a strong preference for remote work experience.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting languages such as Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business questions into analytical tests.
