Responsibilities
- Execute comprehensive manual and automated test plans for web/mobile applications
- Document detailed test cases, bugs, and product defects using JIRA and TestRail
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve quality issues
- Validate product functionality across browsers, devices, and operating systems
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement processes
- Maintain test environments and ensure equipment calibration standards
- Analyze test metrics and report quality metrics to stakeholders
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on QA testing experience in software development
- Proficiency in test automation tools (Selenium, Cypress, or Appium)
- Familiarity with bug tracking systems and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong understanding of SDLC and QA methodologies
- Experience testing responsive web and mobile applications
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
- BS in Computer Science or related field preferred
