Responsibilities
- Strategic Analysis: Dive deep into complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities that drive business performance.
- Visualization: Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to provide real-time insights to stakeholders.
- SQL Mastery: Write efficient, optimized SQL queries to extract, clean, and manipulate large-scale data from multiple sources.
- Reporting: Produce comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports that translate technical findings into clear, business-friendly narratives.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics.
- Data Integrity: Establish and enforce data quality standards and governance protocols to ensure accuracy across all platforms.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3-5+ years of professional experience in Data Analysis or Business Intelligence.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and Python (Pandas/NumPy) is required.
- Tools: Strong working knowledge of BI tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Location: Must reside in the Phoenix, AZ metropolitan area or be willing to commute to our HQ.
