Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, persona development, and journey mapping for enterprise-level products
- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma and Adobe XD
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement design solutions
- Lead usability testing sessions and iterate based on user feedback
- Mentor junior designers through design critiques and portfolio reviews
- Document design decisions in our shared Confluence knowledge base
- Present design concepts to executive stakeholders and clients
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with portfolio showcasing B2B/SaaS products
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, and prototyping tools
- Strong understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1)
- Experience conducting moderated and unmoderated user testing
- Knowledge of front-end development basics (HTML/CSS/JS)
- Agile/Scrum methodology experience
- BA/BS in Interaction Design, HCI, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating problem-solving through design systems
