Responsibilities
- Design & Optimization: Design, build, and maintain complex ETL pipelines and data warehouses to support business intelligence needs.
- Visualization: Create interactive, high-level dashboards in Tableau and PowerBI to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and share insights with stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform deep-dive statistical analysis and forecasting to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for growth.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and executives to translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
- Quality Assurance: Implement rigorous data quality checks and governance protocols to ensure data integrity across all platforms.
- Reporting: Write clear, concise, and executive-level reports summarizing complex data findings for non-technical audiences.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Tech Stack: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python or R.
- Tools: Expert level experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex data concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Independence: Self-motivated individual capable of working autonomously in a remote environment.
