Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify business opportunities and risks
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations with Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Develop predictive models and statistical analyses to forecast market trends and customer behavior
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data findings into actionable recommendations
- Design and maintain automated data pipelines ensuring data quality and integrity
- Present insights to leadership through compelling data narratives and visual reports
- mentor junior analysts and champion data literacy across the organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical modeling experience with regression, clustering, or time series analysis
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business-relevant insights
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and ETL processes
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to executive leadership
- Portfolio demonstrating impactful data-driven projects
