Responsibilities
- Data Strategy: Design and implement robust data collection systems and databases to support business operations.
- Advanced Analytics: Perform complex statistical analysis and predictive modeling to uncover trends and drive growth.
- Visualization: Create intuitive, interactive dashboards (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker) to communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Reporting: Develop comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual reports that highlight key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to identify data needs and deliver tailored insights.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within a remote or hybrid setting.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL), Python or R, and experience with ETL processes.
- Tools: Strong command of data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to translate data into business value.
