Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex data models and ETL pipelines to support reporting requirements.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to monitor business performance.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies that influence strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to translate business questions into technical data queries.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all data sources and reporting systems.
- Document data pipelines, methodologies, and analytical processes for future reference.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a remote or shift-based environment.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle) and Python or R.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Experience working with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark) is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
