Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Extract, transform, and load (ETL) large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Advanced Analytics: Perform complex statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop interactive visualizations and dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual reports that provide clear, concise, and actionable insights to the executive team.
- Process Optimization: Collaborate with IT and operations teams to streamline data collection processes and improve overall data governance.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate technical data findings into non-technical language for cross-functional team presentations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Advanced), Python or R, and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
- Night Shift Availability: Must be available to work the night shift (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM EST) with the ability to adapt to flexible schedules.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex data issues and propose effective solutions.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data-driven recommendations effectively.
