Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and Excel to identify business trends and opportunities
- Create compelling data visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for executive presentations
- Develop automated reporting dashboards to monitor KPIs and performance metrics
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and project objectives
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support marketing, sales, and operational teams
- Document data processes and maintain data quality standards
- Present findings to non-technical audiences with clear recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong knowledge of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques
- Experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R for data manipulation
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Portfolio demonstrating data analysis projects preferred
