Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced data analysis frameworks using SQL, Python, and R
- Create interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical modeling to optimize business outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and reporting requirements
- Present findings to leadership through compelling visualizations and narratives
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and documentation processes
- Lead data-driven initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical knowledge with experience in hypothesis testing and regression analysis
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business recommendations
- Certification in Tableau or Microsoft Power BI preferred
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) a plus
