Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and analyze complex datasets to support business intelligence initiatives.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports using Tableau and PowerBI.
- Collaborate with the IT and Operations teams to automate data pipelines during off-hours.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and insights to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting systems.
- Present findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Data Analysis or a related field.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and R.
- Experience working in weekend or shift-based roles is a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive data with strict confidentiality.
- Willingness to relocate to Indianapolis or Florida (relocation package provided).
