Responsibilities
- Data Extraction & Cleaning: Gather, integrate, and clean large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency for analysis.
- Dashboard Creation: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis and forecasting to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Reporting: Generate regular and ad-hoc reports that provide actionable insights to the executive team and department heads.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand business needs and translate them into data requirements.
- Process Optimization: Recommend data-driven strategies to optimize business operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for data querying and extraction. Strong experience with Python or R is highly preferred.
- Visualization Tools: Expert level knowledge of Tableau, PowerBI, or similar BI visualization tools.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and non-technical language.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
