- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize complex datasets for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Ensure data quality and integrity by performing regular data audits and cleaning processes.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management in clear, compelling formats.
- Automate reporting workflows to increase efficiency and reduce manual data entry.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Strong command of Excel, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, and macros.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
