Responsibilities
- Analyze large-scale datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities using SQL, Python, and advanced BI tools
- Design and maintain automated data pipelines to ensure data integrity and accessibility across departments
- Create compelling data visualizations and executive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions
- Develop predictive models to forecast market trends and optimize operational efficiency
- Present findings to C-level executives with clear, actionable recommendations
- Mentor junior analysts and champion data-driven culture across the organization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with proven track record in tech/fintech
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data technologies
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to translate complex data into business insights
- Certification in Tableau, Power BI, or Google Analytics (PL-300/DA-100 preferred)
