Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Perform statistical analysis and A/B testing to optimize product performance and marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and build predictive models for forecasting
- Present actionable insights to leadership through clear, concise data narratives
- Maintain data governance standards and ensure data quality across all analytical outputs
- Mentor junior analysts and lead cross-departmental data initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with proven track record in tech/consulting
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical analysis tools
- Advanced experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical findings into strategic recommendations
- Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and predictive modeling techniques
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences
- Experience working with large datasets and cloud data platforms (Snowflake, BigQuery)
