Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define data requirements and improve data collection processes.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and quality through rigorous testing and validation procedures.
- Create automated reporting systems to reduce manual workload and increase reporting efficiency.
- Communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical audiences in a clear and compelling manner.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Expert proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and querying.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
