Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth data analysis and statistical modeling to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for process improvement.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau and Power BI to support executive decision-making.
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets using SQL and Python to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and data requirements.
- Document data pipelines, methodologies, and findings to ensure transparency and knowledge sharing.
- Conduct A/B testing and analyze results to guide product roadmap decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with Python or R.
- Strong experience creating visualizations in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in a remote or hybrid work environment.
