Responsibilities
- Design and develop complex data models and ETL pipelines to ensure data integrity and accessibility across the organization.
- Create interactive and intuitive dashboards using tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis and data mining to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, operations) to understand their data needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Automate reporting processes to reduce manual workload and increase efficiency for the analytics team.
- Communicate complex data insights clearly to non-technical audiences through written reports, presentations, and executive summaries.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within a remote or hybrid work environment.
- Expert proficiency in SQL for querying, data extraction, and database management (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Redshift).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or PowerBI.
- Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis is highly preferred.
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about data quality and logic.
