Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to uncover business insights and trends
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for executive reporting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver actionable solutions
- Develop automated ETL pipelines to ensure data accuracy and accessibility
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and narrative-driven reports
- Implement A/B testing frameworks to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize outcomes

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with remote work exposure
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical analysis
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
