Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Analysis: Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
- Visualization & Reporting: Design and develop interactive dashboards (Tableau, Power BI) to present complex data in a clear, actionable format for stakeholders.
- SQL & Database Management: Write efficient SQL queries to retrieve data and ensure data integrity across our systems.
- Statistical Modeling: Build predictive models and perform A/B testing to support product development and marketing strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Engineering) to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress.
- Process Improvement: Identify gaps in data collection and recommend solutions to streamline reporting workflows.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Advanced), Python or R, and visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate technical findings into non-technical, business-friendly language.
