Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries and ETL pipelines to support data extraction and transformation.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform statistical analysis and data modeling to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Engineering) to define business requirements and data strategies.
- Document data processes, schemas, and reports to ensure data quality and integrity across the organization.
- Present data-driven insights and recommendations to executive stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within the technology or fintech industry.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and programming languages such as Python or R.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate complex data into understandable business insights.
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery) and data warehousing concepts is a plus.
