Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets using SQL and Python to ensure data integrity for analysis.
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or PowerBI to communicate key metrics to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineering teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress.
- Conduct statistical analysis to uncover hidden patterns, trends, and correlations within the data.
- Automate reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual errors.
- Present complex analytical findings to non-technical audiences in a clear, compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake).
- Strong experience with visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into business value.
