The Role: As a Data Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data-driven solutions that enhance business performance. You will own the data pipeline, from collection and cleaning to visualization and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and analyze complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop statistical models and forecasting tools to support strategic decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and translate business needs into analytical solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all reporting platforms.
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership through clear, compelling visualizations and presentations.
- Automate reporting processes using Python or R to increase operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in Data Analysis or Business Intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) for data querying and manipulation.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python or R.
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into business value.
