Responsibilities
- Data Management: Collect, clean, and validate large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity for reporting.
- Visualization: Create interactive dashboards and visual reports using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to track KPIs.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analyses to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data.
- Business Intelligence: Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics.
- Forecasting: Develop predictive models to assist in future business planning and budgeting.
- Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of data sources, methodologies, and analytical processes.
- Team Support: Mentor junior analysts and conduct training sessions on data tools and best practices.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5+ years of experience in Data Analysis or Business Intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and Python or R.
- Tools: Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) is required.
- Location Flexibility: Must be willing to work in a hybrid or remote capacity, with a preference for candidates in or open to relocating to Phoenix, AZ or North Carolina.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings for non-technical audiences.
