Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and usability testing to identify pain points and opportunities
- Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma/Adobe XD
- Collaborate with product teams to define design systems and maintain consistency
- Translate complex requirements into intuitive, accessible interfaces
- Present design solutions to stakeholders with clear rationale and user data
- Iterate on designs based on feedback and performance metrics
- Document design decisions and create comprehensive design specifications
Qualifications
- 3+ years of UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing user-centered projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD with strong prototyping skills
- Expertise in user research methods (interviews, surveys, usability testing)
- Understanding of WCAG 2.1 accessibility guidelines and responsive design
- Ability to translate business goals into elegant design solutions
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
