As a key member of our AI Innovation Team, you'll collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and product designers to develop prompt strategies that deliver exceptional user experiences. You'll work with state-of-the-art language models including GPT-4, Claude, and proprietary systems to solve complex business challenges.
Responsibilities
- Design, prototype, and iterate AI prompts for diverse applications including customer support, content generation, and data analysis
- Conduct A/B testing and performance analysis to optimize prompt effectiveness and output quality
- Develop comprehensive prompt libraries with version control and documentation standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align prompt strategies with business objectives
- Research emerging AI capabilities and integrate cutting-edge techniques into prompt engineering workflows
- Create prompt engineering guidelines and best practices for internal teams
- Monitor AI output quality and implement continuous improvement cycles
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in prompt engineering, AI/ML development, or related technical role
- Proven track record of designing prompts for production-level AI systems
- Expertise with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) and prompt optimization frameworks
- Strong analytical skills with ability to evaluate complex AI outputs
- Excellent written communication with ability to craft precise, context-aware prompts
- Experience with Python and AI development tools (LangChain, Hugging Face)
- Portfolio demonstrating prompt engineering projects and results
- Ability to work independently and deliver results in fast-paced environments
