Responsibilities
- Shadow senior technicians to learn IT infrastructure management
- Assist with hardware/software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting
- Provide first-level user support via phone, email, and chat
- Document technical issues and resolutions in ticketing systems
- Participate in hands-on training sessions for operating systems and networking
- Maintain inventory of IT assets and assist with asset management
- Contribute to IT security best practices and compliance procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required (college preferred)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Windows/macOS
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
