Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex data models and dashboards using SQL, Python, and Tableau/PowerBI to visualize performance metrics.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements and report on KPIs.
- Perform deep-dive data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for operational efficiency.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reporting systems and databases.
- Translate complex technical findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Lead ad-hoc analysis projects and support strategic initiatives with data-driven recommendations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or PowerBI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first culture.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
