Responsibilities
- Perform complex data analysis and statistical modeling to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business growth.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data audits and cleaning of datasets.
- Present findings and recommendations to executive leadership and non-technical audiences in a clear, compelling format.
- Optimize SQL queries and Python scripts to automate reporting processes and improve data retrieval efficiency.
- Stay current with industry best practices, emerging technologies, and data governance standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, with a proven track record of delivering insights in a corporate environment.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and programming languages such as Python or R.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies.
- Experience with A/B testing, regression analysis, or machine learning algorithms is highly desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, remote/hybrid setting.
