You will own the end-to-end analysis process, from data collection to the delivery of executive-level presentations. Responsibilities
- Advanced Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of complex datasets to identify business trends, risks, and opportunities.
- SQL & Database Management: Write optimized SQL queries and scripts to extract and manipulate data from various relational databases.
- Visualization & Reporting: Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to provide real-time visibility into KPIs.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate technical findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Process Optimization: Collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve data pipelines and reporting accuracy.
- Market Research: Analyze market trends and competitor data to support strategic planning and product development.
- Weekly Reporting: Deliver accurate weekly and monthly performance reports to ensure timely business intelligence.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with Python or R.
- Visualization Tools: Expert-level experience in Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization platforms.
- Statistical Knowledge: Solid understanding of statistical methods, data modeling, and A/B testing.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and integrity.
- Flexibility: Ability to work hybrid (Charlotte office) or fully remote from North Carolina or Washington.
