Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability for analysis.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analyses and modeling to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that drive business growth.
- Dashboard Creation: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Reporting: Create comprehensive reports and presentations summarizing data analysis results, making them accessible to non-technical audiences.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the data pipeline to increase efficiency.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and business units to understand data needs and define key performance indicators (KPIs).
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (strong query writing skills), Python or R, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Tools: Advanced knowledge of Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP) and experience with data warehousing concepts.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, strong attention to detail, and exceptional communication skills to convey complex data insights clearly.
- Remote Capability: Reliable internet connection and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
