Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web and mobile applications.
- Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA, ensuring clear communication with developers.
- Perform manual and automated testing to validate functionality and user experience.
- Conduct regression testing to ensure recent code changes have not negatively impacted existing features.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand requirements and clarify doubts.
- Stay updated with the latest testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing.
- Strong knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with testing tools such as Selenium, JIRA, Postman, or similar.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate technical issues clearly.
