Responsibilities
- Drive Data Strategy: Partner with stakeholders to identify key business questions and translate them into data analysis projects.
- Advanced SQL & ETL: Design and maintain complex SQL queries and extract-transform-load (ETL) processes to ensure data accuracy.
- Visual Analytics: Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI to visualize KPIs and performance metrics.
- Statistical Modeling: Conduct in-depth statistical analysis and forecasting to predict market trends and customer behavior.
- Clean Data Management: Implement data governance protocols to maintain high data quality and integrity standards.
- Collaborative Communication: Present complex findings to non-technical audiences in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 4+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and Python or R.
- Tool Mastery: Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
