Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform in-depth data mining and cleaning to ensure high-quality datasets for analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and translate them into analytical models.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for stakeholders to support strategic decision-making.
- Build and optimize SQL queries to retrieve data from relational databases.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets to provide actionable insights.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the financial or tech sector.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle) and scripting languages (Python or R).
- Strong working knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
