Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues using diagnostic tools
- Assist with network security protocols and access control implementations
- Document network configurations, changes, and maintenance activities
- Collaborate with senior technicians to resolve complex network problems
- Support users with network-related inquiries and basic IT troubleshooting
- Participate in system upgrades and network expansion projects

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- CompTIA A+ certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills for technical documentation and user support
- Valid driver's license for occasional off-site support
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotation after training period
