Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform complex datasets using SQL and Python to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and operations, to identify business requirements and data needs.
- Conduct in-depth statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that drive business decisions.
- Present complex data findings and insights to non-technical audiences in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
- Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual data handling.
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging technologies in data analytics.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Developer.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) and scripting languages such as Python or R.
- Experience creating data visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a remote environment.
