Responsibilities
- Advanced Data Modeling: Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and databases to support business intelligence reporting.
- Visualization & Reporting: Create intuitive, interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and present data to senior leadership.
- SQL & ETL: Write efficient SQL queries and scripts to extract, clean, and transform raw data from multiple sources for analysis.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform deep-dive statistical analysis to identify market trends, customer behaviors, and operational inefficiencies.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Product) to define data requirements and translate analytical findings into strategic recommendations.
- Process Optimization: Identify gaps in current data processes and implement automated solutions to improve data quality and reporting efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) and scripting languages like Python or R.
- Visualization Expertise: Demonstrated experience building dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Problem Solving: Excellent analytical mindset with the ability to deconstruct complex problems into manageable data points.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
