Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and refine high-quality prompts for LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, Llama) to achieve specific business objectives.
- Analyze model outputs and iteratively improve prompt structures to enhance accuracy, tone, and relevance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to integrate AI solutions into our products.
- Develop and implement evaluation frameworks to measure the performance and safety of AI-generated content.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and prompt engineering best practices.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in software development, data science, or a related technical field.
- Deep understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and generative AI technologies.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or JavaScript.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proven track record of optimizing AI interactions and user experience.
