Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Analysis: Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns that drive business growth.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports for executive stakeholders to support strategic planning.
- Statistical Modeling: Apply advanced statistical methods to forecast market trends and assess risk factors.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product and engineering teams to define data requirements and improve system architecture.
- Data Quality Assurance: Implement protocols to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our data pipelines.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL), Python, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Remote Experience: Proven ability to work effectively in a remote, distributed team environment.
- Tools: Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (AWS Redshift, Google BigQuery) is a plus.
