Responsibilities
- Analyze large healthcare datasets using SQL and Python to identify trends and anomalies
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Develop predictive models to forecast patient admission rates and resource allocation
- Collaborate with clinical teams to improve data collection methodologies
- Present findings to leadership through clear visual reports and executive summaries
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and documentation processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare data analysis
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools
- Strong understanding of HIPAA compliance and healthcare data regulations
- Proven ability to translate technical findings into business recommendations
- Certification in Tableau or Microsoft Power BI
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing
