What You'll Do: Design and implement end-to-end data solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and present findings to executive stakeholders. Work with cutting-edge tools in a fully remote environment while maintaining Dallas-based business hours.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI
- Perform statistical analysis and A/B testing to optimize marketing campaigns
- Translate complex findings into actionable business recommendations
- Mentor junior analysts and champion data governance best practices
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and tracking frameworks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical analysis experience with experimental design
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery) and ETL processes
- Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Portfolio demonstrating complex data projects and business impact
