Responsibilities
- Data Strategy & Modeling: Design, develop, and maintain complex data models and ETL pipelines to support business intelligence initiatives.
- Visualization & Reporting: Create intuitive, interactive dashboards (Tableau/Power BI) that provide real-time insights to stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex data findings into clear, concise narratives for non-technical audiences.
- Performance Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior analysts and collaborate with engineering teams on data architecture improvements.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and Python (Pandas/NumPy).
- Tools: Strong working knowledge of BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to the Colorado Springs, CO area.
