Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets using SQL and Python to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Conduct deep-dive statistical analysis and A/B testing to drive product improvements and business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and finance to translate data needs into technical solutions.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to provide strategic recommendations to leadership.
- Automate reporting processes to reduce manual workload and increase efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Expert proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with Python or R.
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
