Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data solutions using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Develop interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Lead A/B testing frameworks and statistical analysis for product optimization
- Mentor junior analysts and establish best practices in data governance
- Present findings to C-suite executives through compelling data narratives
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize data warehouse architecture
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years progressive experience in data analytics for tech companies
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and visualization tools
- Certification in AWS/GCP data analytics or equivalent practical experience
- Proven track record of translating complex data into business strategies
- Experience with agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
