Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and analyze large, complex datasets from multiple sources using SQL, Python, and Excel.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau and Power BI to track KPIs and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to define data requirements and analytical goals.
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to support strategic decision-making.
- Build and maintain predictive models to forecast business outcomes and customer behavior.
- Communicate complex data findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
- Optimize data pipelines and database queries to ensure data integrity and system performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or Data Scientist.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (subqueries, window functions, joins) and Python or R.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to present insights to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with A/B testing and experimental design is a plus.
