Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret large datasets from various sources to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and Python scripts to automate reporting processes.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and PowerBI to support executive decision-making.
- Partner with product and marketing teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress against business goals.
- Conduct deep-dive statistical analyses to validate hypotheses and provide actionable business insights.
- Document data processes and ensure data integrity across all platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on immediate impact and remote collaboration.
