Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services using Java/Python
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust cloud solutions on AWS
- Implement CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes
- Optimize application performance and scalability through database tuning
- Lead code reviews and enforce engineering best practices
- Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to technical roadmaps

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of professional software development experience
- Expertise in at least one modern programming language (Java/Python/Go)
- Strong proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and microservices architecture
- Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and caching strategies
- Proven track record of shipping production-level software
