Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis and A/B testing to optimize product features and user engagement strategies.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to identify data requirements and define success metrics.
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources using SQL and Python for analysis.
- Produce regular reporting packages and executive summaries to communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement within the organization.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with data governance policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 4-6 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (complex queries, window functions, stored procedures).
- Strong programming skills in Python or R for data manipulation and automation.
- Expert-level experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Experience with data warehousing solutions (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to tell compelling stories with data.
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
